Upgrade from 1.0.8 to RC3 problem

While I was running the upgrade there were a couple of errors saying table doesn't exsit but they completed after clicking the retry button.... it completed, said upgrade succesful.... but now when I try to access it I get a database error and cannot view anything at all

UPDATE: I ran upgrade.php again and it has fixed it.
