log in problems

I just ran a repair settings on the forum after putting the forum in a new databas3e.  I cannot log in and get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: setlogincookie() in /home/relat9/public_html/forum/Sources/LogInOut.php on line 243

What can I do to correct?

try deleting your cookies and clear out your cache.

Are you sure all the files got transfered over properly?

Try re-uploading your files (as there may be more than one file that has a problem)

The forum seems operational other than I cannot log in.  Please visit it at hxxp:www.relationshiprepair.net/forum [nonactive] and let me know what you think.  The webhost transferred all the files as they were on my previous host.
