error trying to upgrade to 1.0.8.

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.7
When I go to try to install the newest version 1.0.8, I click proceed to install everything, and I get these errors. Any ideas on how I can fix it so I can upgrade the forum?

are you upgrading or installing?
in the Admin area of your forum you should have a link to upgrade from 1.0.7 to 1.0.8 without the need to ftp or run an upgrade script.

I'm upgrading. That is the way that I'm trying to upgrade. I click proceed, and it's giving me these errors.

Do you have any mods installed?  Did you install SMF yourself, or did you use an installer like fantastico?  Are you trying to upgrade via the Package Manager, or did you download the upgrade package from our site and attempting a manual upgrade?
