Help! Forum not working right after upgrade!

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I tried to upgrade my forum: http://fusioncarclub.com/smf [nofollow] to RC3 through cpanel, but I was stupid and forgot to uninstall my mds, so now I get errors all over the place on the forum, and no can seem to log in.  We have over 300 members and 40000 posts so its very important that I save that.  Can anyone help?

You should be able to get a copy of the install package from http://www.simplemachines.org/download/

Upload all of the /Sources/ and /Themes/ RC3 files

That should overwrite the majority of mods you might have had installed.
If that doesn't work, you may need to upload the whole RC3 install package EXCEPT for your Settings.php file
