A few members getting kicked off repeatedly

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
Certain forums do not allow them in, despite the permission settings. I've checked them by member and by board. Also, one member keeps getting kicked out completely and has to re-log in several times. Could this be due to some mod I have installed or is it an external issue of some sort? I hate not having an answer for my members. Thanks in advance.

Ask the user with the login problem to remove his cookies and cache
When you mean they dont allow them in, they can't see the board at all?

Part of the problem seems to be fixed. I think a mod that I installed messed with all the permissions. This is my current mod list;

The permissions part. Other members were having issues, which now seem to be resolved. She is attempting to clear her cache now and is getting back to me.

Ok, know what? I am having to explain how to empty her cache. I'm going out on a limb and guessing that's her issue.
