RC3 problem

hey guys
i am upgrading to RC3 but i have a problem. i am getting this error

Unknown column 'memberIP2' in 'field list'
File: /home/dazdes/public_html/directorybackup/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 633

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1 RC3, while your database is at version 1.1 RC2. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

anyone got any idea what i can do as i have done all the updates

Please re-run upgrade.php, this should fix the problem (upload the 2 sql files so no problems occur)

i normily just upload to ftp is this wrong

That is correct.  Make sure taht you overwrite all of the files then run upgrade.php.

I do believe Bloc is releasing a tinyportal version for RC3 soon

just noticed i have this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tportal_version() in /home/dazdes/public_html/directorybackup/Sources/Load.php(1702) : eval()'d code on line 1045

i have installed all sources files again from the upgrade . and i have cheaked in package manager and tportail is no longer there.

how do i fix please

Re-upload a clean file, from the installation zip found on the downloads page

You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

i am getting this now. what has coulsed this. and how do i fix

Go to package manager - Install. Options, then choose an option from cleanup permissions

yes my ftp details are rightbut there was no password box (is that right)
and it dont let me change cleanup permishions
