Members have to enter password twice to get in

All of my forum's members get the "wrong password, try again" msg.
When re entering passwords again, they get in.

Why? anyone

What version of SMF are you using?  What theme are you using?

I use the RC1.3 , is classic with some icons of default.

But still, i tried both, the default cookie, and my own.

Subdomain independent cookies is a setting in SMF.  Check yours to see if that settings is enabled.

This problem is getting worse.

It now started asking Admins for passwords twice and some times
3 times, and finally doens let us in.

I suspect the other guy was not telling you the solution but trying to identify the problem.

If it was enabled before, try disabling it and see what happens. I had a similar problem with phpBB but I can't remember how I resolved it. It had something to do with the configuration of the cookie.
