Limit on IP Address Registrants????

I just created a message board and have been registering some dummy accounts just to try some things and preferences out. I had my admin account and first dummy account work fine, but the when I tried to create a new account after that I got an error saying i am not authorized. Does this have anything to do wiht a preset limit to how many IP addresses can have accounts on a board. If so, how can i change this.

There is a limit on how many accounts you can create on one computer at one time. Try emptying your cache. I am not exactly sure on the time or how long the limit lasts.
