one 'open' board

hi, my forum has a lot of guests that are not registrered members. Most of them people I know because they tell me about how they like a specific picture, and so on. I would like to open up a single board where everybody can post, reply, and so on. I do not want to open up enything else on the forum.
Is that possible? where can I find that?

Go to:
Admin -> Manage Boards -> {Guestboard} Permissions -> {Unregistered Guests} Modify
here, allow them to:
Post new topics
Post replies to (own and any) topics

But I can not change specific permissions for posting for a single board, I only have tag-boxes for who can see the board, no permissions>modify...
