YaBB 1.4 Gold to SMF 1.1 RC3 conversion error

Hi !

I'm trying to convert an old 2.940 members, +87000 messages YaBB Forum Gold SP1 into a new and fresh SMF 1.1 RC3

After a while, this message appears in the screen.

This query:
ALTER TABLE `simplezona`.smf_members
DROP PRIMARY KEY,
CHANGE COLUMN ID_MEMBER ID_MEMBER mediumint(8) unsigned NOT NULL default 0;
Caused the error:

Can't DROP 'PRIMARY'; check that column/key exists


I've revised the table (smf_menbers), and 2.020 members are correctly imported, but then, the conversion stop showing this message.

Any idea ?
