YaBB 2.1 -> SMF 1.1 RC3 conversion problem

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
Hi there,
I'm converting YaBB 2.1 -> SMF 1.1 RC3 but for some reason the converter stops and just sits there (the status bar says done) whilst converting members:

Converting membergroups... Successful.
Converting members...

I've left it for over half an hour, there are only 96 members anyway so it can't be busy at that point.

Have you tried converting to 1.0.8 then upgrading?

No, the problem is the only YaBB 2 Converter is for SMF 1.1.

EDIT: Ah by enabling php errors I now have some more info to give you guys:

I would guess that the paths that I am entering in the conversion script are wrong, but I am positive they are correct because I have copied them directly from the admin areas of both scripts!

$boarddir as far as SMF is concerned is the path to your SMF directory. Try copying the path from Settings.pl for your YaBB path. The SMF path should be correct.
