Oh I see. So, can it be done?

Possibly. But in truth, we dont really do themes for specific themes like The Simpsons, South Park etc... these are more general. You can take any of the themes from the theme site and overwrite images to become a South Park theme. You're not limited to what comes with the theme, you're free to modify them any way to wish.
