Problem after upgradation

hi guyz
well,i`ve succesfully upgrade the SMF 1.1RC2 to 1.1RC3 but when it redirects me to the index page,the page shows me the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: show_topofpageads() in /home/username/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php(1702) : eval()'d code on line 174

what should i do?I`ve reuploaded the load file many times but still showing the same error?Plz help me its urgent!

did you install a mod to do something with ads into your non-default theme while you were running RC2?

yeah i did install the ad management mod..

So, here's what you do...

get the FULL INSTALL version of RC3.

Upload it
Delete install.php and upgrade.php and the upgrade SQL files..

As a note, do not upload the Settings.php and Settings_bak.php files from the install package.

but if i install the fresh RC3 will i have my old messages,posts,members etc?
i didn`t understand ur process..can u explain me how to do it?

ALL of the board's DATA (including messages, PMs and users) is stored in the database.

If you upload and install RC3 and then overwrite the RC3 SETTINGS.PHP with the copy from your 1.0.8 install (with the paths to your new install modified in the file)
The overwrite your RC3 database with your 1.0.8 database info and run upgrade.php,...
You will be all set
