Larger buttons for people with sight problems

Hi There,

I run a forum which has some elderly visitors and some of them are having trouble reading the small text on the buttons for the menu. I am using a custom theme but with the default buttons ala:

Is there such a thing as a larger button set? I would have a crack at it myself but I have been so busy lately I just haven't had a chance.

I was going to make a secondary theme, which is a copy of the main one with the bigger buttons and possibly a larger font size on it.

Any takes on helping with the buttons?
