I want to make my own theme,is it hard?

Hey all!
Well i have been searching for dayssssssss to find a perfect theme and nothing works i adore Salava and SMFoNE,and all Koni's templates but none of them work with 1.0.8 so ive decided to take the matter into my own hands!
I don't know much about codes and whatever,is it hard to learn?and how long will it take me to understand it and do it? I mean i just want a light cream-pink FireFox look-a-like theme!How hard is it
Id really love it if someone could help me out with this! Im running a brand new girlie forum and i cant go on it and enjoy it when i hate all the themes i have on there please help!

If you're just starting and don't know any coding at all, I think theming these forums may be a little more complicated than what you should be starting out with. If you upgrade your forum to 1.1 rc2 or 1.1 rc3, you may have more theme choices availible to you. If you want, you can hit me up on msn and I can clarify things for you if you need.
