Adding Menu with dilbermc theme

Hey all

I'm using dilbermc theme and I want to add a link menu towards this them theme.
My main site is nr1hcokey.com

You'll see a link menu under the logo I want this menu added to my forum. This menu is a JavaScript menu. I want to be able to place right under the log on the forum.

Any help would be appreciated.
