1.1RC2 -> RC3 Upgrade.php "Hacking Attempt" error

I have uploaded all the files and am at the stage where I am trying to run upgrade.php but i just get the Hacking Attempt error. what have i done wrong?

WoW Itemstats users Open settings.php and comment out the following:

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

########## WoW Itemcache ###########
include_once($sourcedir . '/itemstats/config.php');

so it reads

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

########## WoW Itemcache ###########
##include_once($sourcedir . '/itemstats/config.php');

Then run Upgrade.php
