Disallow posting links

How would I make it so that curtain members aren't allowed to post URL's

I've been getting a large amount of spammers and I want to make it so that people with under a curtain amount of posts aren't able to post outside URLs (if easily possible)

You can install this mod - http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=449 and disable the 'url' tag for all the groups that you want. You can use post count based groups to disable it for members under a certain post count.
