Downloads per Member counter

is it possible to add an area where it will show how many downloads each member has?

just under the Total Posts counter there could be a counter where it will show how many files a member has downloaded
the counter will deal only with files uploaded as attachments to the forum (and maybe with TinyPortals downloads...  )

nice idea
