Trying to update to 1.0.8

Hi

I have been trying to update to version 1.0.8 but when i try doing it from the admin center i get this all the time (see pic below)
Ok i understand CHMOD a little bit, but it does not tell me which files on my server to CHMOD and to what.
Clicking the proceed button just seems to refresh the page.

Did you enter your password before clicking proceed? If you did and it still asks you for FTP information, it most likely means that SMF couldn't chmod those files.

Make sure that the files it shows are all chmodded to 777 (666 for changelog.txt).
