Width problem when embedding into a site

I have smf "wrapped " or "embedded" in my site I am using SMF phone theme however when you click on the admin tab,  or members list it resizes wider and displays at the bottom,

and if I go to members list it jumps down to the bottom



How can I adjust this what files do I need to look at?
