Instalation Wont Work

Well host is hxxp:godady.com [nonactive]

Every time I upload the forums to my database by creating a new folder/directory and get to the instalation. After it sais its done and type in the URL that its suppose to be at the screen comes up blank.
hxxp:forgotten-force.com/forums [nonactive] this is where the forum is suppose to be but its not for some reason.

Also can some one recomend maybe a good host that this forums will 100 precent work on?
