Limit "Show unread posts since last visit"

Is there a way to limit "Show unread posts since last visit" to not to show certain boards. I have this one "spam board" where users can post more free then other boards. And I would like to filter those messages out when using "Show unread posts since last visit". Is there any way to do it?

Click the on.gif image right beside the topic.  You know the one that lights up depending on your theme when there are new replies in a board.
