SMF is by far the best free forum sofware around.

I had been looking for free forum software for a while and just couldnt seem to find what I was looking for. I eventually gave up for about a week and realised Id have to save up until I could afford something like vBulletin(im 14).

I thought I would give it one more go at looking for a forum. After cancelling out phpBB and other similar boards. Thats when I cam across SMF.

And I absoloutly love it. It provides you with all the features that payed software does and more.
I like SMF because:

1) Very Fast
2)Free
3)Its powerful and has alot of excellent features
4)There are alot of mods for it
5)Mods are so easy to install with the package manager unlike phpBB which is an absoloute nightmare to mod up.
6)I cannot believe how great the templates are. If you wanted some of them templated on vBulletin or IPB, or phpBB it would cost you about 240USD.

SMF I would like to say thanks for making such great software at no cost, I think what youre doing is great and you should keep it up. And thanks to m3talc0re for making such great templates!
