Adding new Mods to different themes

I'm VERY new to SMF, and I'm positive that there is a simple explanation to my question, but I just can't seem to find it. 

I started out with the default download, and quickly added a few themes and then added some mods such as the calendar, gallery, and contact pages.  But the new mods are only showing up on the top nav bar for the default theme.  I've made sure the other themes have the necessary image files, but I'm not sure what else I'm missing.  I noticed that the *_template files for each new mod only existed within the default theme also, but moving them did nothing. 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!!
