Permission Problem

Hello All,

I have upgraded my forum to smf 1.1 rc3 and then i transfered all files and datebase on antoher domain. i have changes the settings and path.

Everything work fine from last 2 days. but when i went to give permission to someone on admin section. Its not showing permission section properly so i am not able to give permission.

Can anybody tell me what files are related with permissioin so i can upload again or what would be the reason for it. i would be reallly greatful for all of you people.
