How easy to do this?

Hi!
I am currently building a new look for my site and I would ideally like my SMF board to sit in the design better so that it looks like part of the site, not an external board.

How easy would it be to get the main site header (link to fit the top of my SMF board??

I want the board to sit under the current the "dealers for" box.

Any help would be great.
