Sincere request for a unique template

Good Day,

Currently I'm in the process of making a website. The site itself is ready to be used, but the forum could use a new template.

The problem is that there need to be a lot of changes to make a custom template that fits the look of the website so that it becomes a unity. My request is...can someone help? Is someone willing to make the template?
