How to add a link to Top Menu?

Hi everybody,
    I've launched my SMF and it's gotten a good response so far.  I want to be able to add a couple of additional links to my theme's main menu.  If you click below, you will see my forum.

http://www.german-pride.com/SMF/index.php  (It's Vintage Volkswagens. NOT NAZI's!!! )

At the top menu it says: HOME HELP SEARCH ADMIN PROFILE MY MESSAGES MEMBERS LOGOUT

I want to add 2 more links to that.  How can I do this?  I want one to link to my main site, and one to link to my gallery.  I want the link that goes to the main site to replace the current window's content, and I want the gallery to open in a new window.

    I'd appreciate any and all assistance!

VERY NICE!  THANKS!  I appreciate it.  I didn't even know what to call the top menu, so I had a hard time searching.  Thanks for the help!
