Poner Banner en Tema Neptune

Hola a todos!!!

Me podeis decir, como puedo poner un logo o banner, en mi foro, con el tema Neptune?
Esque busco por los códigos del foro, pero no encuentro nada de logo..

This action can be simply done with the powerful tempalte system, all you have to do is enter your theme directory (themes/Mytheme) and open index.template.php, then find this code

And replace the file name with your banner name that you uploaded to themes/Mytheme/images.
