My Messages?

Hi guys, I have a few users on my forum that when opening "My Messages", it seems to crash their IE. I dont have a problem myself, so cant see the actual error .. they claim there is no error, it just locks up. I have tried changing the theme, but it still crashes. And there is no log in the error section.

Can anyone tell me what I should do from here?
