How to "Include" file

I want to add affiliate link at the bottom of the page without using the database. This Affiliate maybe will change from time to time, so I think better to use Include file as below code in qd-race.com server:

affiliate.php (in replica2u.com server)

Nothing happen when running. Any error for the above code? Please help.
