Sensitive Question = Database

We've had problems with a database. One member wants to look at it and see if he can fix it. Of course Instant messages and all sorts are there.

I cannot remove them and then give it to him and admitting an admin can see Instant messages might be the kiss of death.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so how did you work around it?
