"Forgot Password" doesn't send out email?

I'm using 1.1.6 on my site.  I've manually tested this out and if you enter the correct information (username and email) in the fields it will not send me an email about the new password.

However, I know that email works since I registered a test user and it did send me the activation link through email.  I am using bridged login (no CB).  If anyone can help I would be much appreciative.
