Email forum stats to all members; monthly newsletter.

I'm looking for a mod that'll automatically email the forum's stats once a month to all members. Somtimes, someone'll join a forum and not return for a long time. Perhaps sending them an email with what's been happening and an encouragement to bookmark the site will keep them coming back.
