I got forum up but dont know how to admin or change

Ok friendly people I got to this stage

You can see the forum BUT  how do I make changes, admin etc

Not sure exactly what you mean.  You don't know how to add new boards or change anything you mean?  If that's the case the first step is to log in and go to the Administration panel (click the admin link at the top).  Once you are there just follow the links on the left side to set up everything.  Each page explains things pretty well.

If that's now what you mean, could you try and explain a bit?
