Ошибка file_exists()

только что поставил форум вроде бы сделал все как надо... выдает ошибку
2: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/index.template.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/users/s/shadowguard/:/opt/app/)
