Hi,

I have very little knowledge of MySQL (from a long time ago). I've been trying to convert Yabb 2.1 to SMF for my boss and got this message:

Converting...
Converting members... Unsuccessful!
This query:
ALTER TABLE `GreeceForum`.smf_members
ORDER BY ID_MEMBER = 0, dateRegistered;
Caused the error:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '= 0, dateRegistered' at line 2

Does anyone know what the problem is and an easy to way fix it.

Thank you,

Olga

Same problem here I think:

Converting members... Unsuccessful!
This query:
  ALTER TABLE `smf`.smf_members
  ORDER BY ID_MEMBER = 0, dateRegistered;
Caused the error:

  You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to

Is this issue solved or do you still require assistance?

Which converter did you use? Did you use the one attached at the top of this forum?
