Guest Browsing Time Limit

is there any way that i could add a redirection counter? like... all my guest will have a time limit on browsing the forum and when that time limit finishes they will be redirected to the registration page..

or maybe a page counter? like every guest (by ip) can only browse 50 pages then after that they will be redirected to the registration page....

limit by time might be a little hard to implement, instead we decided on page views.
