Right.  You need to grant all permissions to your SMF database user to your Mambo database.

ok so i granted the permissions but for some god forsakken reason it still gives me that bloody error

woot i just went in and migrated all SMF user to mambo and it works omg ty so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

i guess it worked.... but i dont understand why it wont let me log in under my main account eveerything should work fine...

OK.  Now you need to go to your Mambo admin panel.  Go to your Modules Menu.  Click on Site Modules.

Find the mod_smf_login module in the list.  It might not be on the first page.

Click on it.

Set the parameters to your liking.

Click Save.  Even if you change nothing, click Save.

It depends.  Do you want to use the Mambo login form?  You can use it instead if you publish the SMF_Login bot.
