Is there a simple way to set up a test forum for viewing any themes I may upload and edit? I have one I found that works with SMF, but I can't modify the theme. All I can do is upload a SMF theme that is on the official SMF site. I need to be able to modify the CSS style sheet, and I can't seem to know where to do that. Do I have to wait until I find my domain and server before being able to have the full SMF options for version 1.09?

Have a look for free forum hosting which will allow you to test out SMF.
