I had created a custom action to upload and view pics.
Is there a way to use the same script that is used for uploading attachments? If yes, how can I do this, which function can I use?

I am going through the old unsolved support topics. Have you looked at the API or the custom action mod? If you are already using that mod have you asked in that thread?
