I don't know of one, but it would be pointless, because they can just change usernames from one forum to the next.

You wouldnt need a list. If there was a list then most likely non of them would visit your forum, so i wouldnt worry about it.

That wouldn't work if their IP is dynamic. Also, they could change ISP, or use anonymous proxies.
