modification error

Hello,

   I installed a Mod yesterday and I really didn't understand how they worked, so I just tried to copy and paste the whole thing and nothing happened. I left it there for awhile and now it's giving me this response whenever I try to read a thread:
"2: Display(Affiliate.php) [<a href='function.Display'>function.Display</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Then as soon as I read it I knew what it was so I went back to the Theme settings and got rid of it. The problem is still there. Huh
I tried to uninstall it but it said this file has become corrupt or something close to that, I don't really remember. Then I deleted it. I don't now what the problem is?
