Who has read the Topic

I think it is important to know which members have read a particular topic/post. If a member opens a topic then they should be recorded against all the posts as having read them and this information be displayed so that you can identify easily. An example: in a small forum where an important piece of info is presented to members and for legal reasons it is important to know that all members did read it or those who did not then you need to follow up with via a phone or email.

I asked how to do this on the other board and no one can offer any help ..... nil replies
