My joomla can't display the font when I install smf 1.1.rc 3

Dear All,

I have a problem, when I install the smf 1.1.rc3(english version) at my joomla 1.0.11(english version), I can't see the chinese words properly. But when I left the smf forum, all the words will return normal properly. What is the problem? Is it related to UTF-8 font problem.

Here attached the picture for you. And my website is hxxp:www.ufun.com.hk [nonactive] , if you press the forum button, all the words will have an error and look like a symbol. What is the problem?

Please help me to solve this problem.
