Anyone here use nelogic software on their site?

Nelogic.com [nofollow] offers software that you can use to publish articles. I was hoping that someone here might be familiar with it.

The reason that I ask is because I have had the hardest time with them. It seems like I have to fight tooth and nail just to get anything done. Even getting them to take my money for their product was a titanic struggle.

Because I actually have heard so many GOOD things about their product, I do want to forge ahead with this. However, I am unable to install their product at this point, because they have not sent me the e-mails that are supposed to be coming when you click on their activation links in the user control panel.

Their main site has only one phone number that I can find, and they have not been responding to my e-mails.

Anyone here have experience with this company, or suggestions?
