Problem With Default Template

Hey guys , im having a problem with the default template ...    Its missing total users , and the Latest topic has spread its self onto 2 lines ...

You can see from the pic below ..




Iv attached a copy of my boardindex.template.php which is where to problem should be ..  I just cant figure out how to fix it ..  see here --> http://gazeek.com/boardindex.txt

This only seems to happen when viewing through the bridge .
