please help me on how make 5 star directly to my member..because he is also a part of my group...

Maybe you better give him a seperate status like i.e my right-hand, important member or such and then you give him the stars you want in admin.
I fear I can't help you in English fast enough (I'm Dutch and so is my board) but I'll switch it to English to try to help you:

Go to: admin, members, membergroups and in the first tab Edit Membergroups you select: Add Group
Name this group what ever you wish, like above example say, important member...
Permissions can be edited later as well as visible boards... Click add group

Then you see this:

Group name:     
This group is based off posts:    
Required posts:    
Color in online list:    
Number of star images:    
Star image filename:
you can use $language for the language of the user
   {theme URL}/images/ *
Max personal messages:
0 = unlimited
   
Visible Boards:    
all you boards listed here

Check all
[ Show boards ] and Save & Delete button

On the fourth line you can say how many stars should be shown...

Voila 

(I think I told you well enough so I'll change my board language back to Dutch now  )

okay thanks darcy...i need also help with this, i notice that i am a administrator of the forum and then it should be that im also Admin appears on the forum but how come that there is Newbie view below Admin... i need this help..by the way im from philippines also..

Ok, go to Admin, Configuration, click Current Theme and it will open in the tab Themes and Settings scroll down and look for

Hide post group titles for grouped members?
Enabling this will not display a members post group title on the message view if they are assigned to a non-post based group.

select it and save it... done
