Anonymous Board

Ok so for my needs I need to setup a board that is completely anonymous - I want the usernames to be random and I am hoping to control the creation of the topic's and only allow two members to post to each topic. Is this possible -- any thoughts -- I am a newbie and I am setting up a site for a non-profit recovery group.

If you have any idea's I could sure some help.
